Data & Analytics Leadership
I help people see the art of the possible in their data.
Sr. Practice Director of Data Visualization & Analytics at Cleartelligence. TEDx speaker. Tableau instructor. Boston-based analytics leader serving Healthcare, Financial Services, and Tech.
I'm a data and analytics leader based in the Boston area, currently serving as Sr. Practice Director of Data Visualization & Analytics at Cleartelligence. I lead our DV&A practice across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Services & Private Equity verticals.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping clients select the right BI stack, build high-performing analytics teams, and navigate the fast-moving world of AI-powered data tools. I've spoken at TEDxBryantU and the Analytics Without Borders conference, and I run Chart Champ — Cleartelligence's annual data visualization competition in Boston — which has grown to 450+ attendees at Boston University.
Beyond consulting, I've taught 14,000+ eLearning students how to leverage Tableau and Alteryx through my courses on Udemy and Maven Analytics. My belief: data visualization can provide clarity, insight, and value to any industry, role, or profession — and it's my mission to deliver on that promise.
Building and scaling high-performing DV&A teams — from hiring and career tracks to AI tool adoption, client delivery, and practice-level strategy across multiple verticals.
Helping organizations navigate the BI landscape — evaluating Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Sigma, and emerging AI-native tools to find the right fit for their data maturity and goals.
Guiding analytics teams through AI-augmented workflows — from Copilot and natural language querying to MCP integrations and managing AI-powered BI stack proliferation.
My Tableau Public portfolio is where I put ideas into practice — award-winning public interest dashboards, personal data projects, and explorations across every industry I've worked in.
Highlights include a Viz of the Day recognition for my US Exonerations dashboard, and the "Callum Tracker 5000," a personal dashboard I built to track my son's early development. Browse the full collection and see what's possible when you let data tell a story.
